Danielle Hayduk
Danielle has been teaching Pilates and Group Fitness in Boca Raton for over a decade. If you’ve ever taken one of her classes, you’ve probably heard her say, “Yes. You. Can!” — because she believes that just because something is challenging doesn’t mean it’s not possible. Rooted in classical Pilates, Danielle takes form and foundation seriously while keeping movement fun, energizing, and empowering. When she’s not teaching, you can find her training for endurance races or spending time with her husband and 5-year-old son. She’s passionate about creating a feel-good movement community and is excited to bring that energy to Pilates at The Palms. You can find Danielle teaching a little bit of everything
Karen Barnes
With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, Karen is a highly skilled and passionate Pilates and fitness instructor dedicated to helping clients move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives. She began her journey as a teenager teaching dance and fitness classes and since then has worked with people of all ages and fitness levels—from beginners to seasoned athletes. Her expertise spans classical and contemporary Pilates, strength training functional movement, and corrective exercise. Known for her motivating energy and personalized approach, Karen creates workouts that are safe, effective, and tailored to each individual’s needs. She believes fitness is not just about building strength, but also about improving posture, mobility, and overall well-being
Kayla Cordiero
Meet Kayla, one of our amazing instructors at Pilates at The Palms With a background in mental health, Kayla has always been passionate about creating spaces where people feel safe, seen, and supported. When she discovered barre, it became so much more than just a workout — it was a movement practice that helped her reconnect with her femininity, confidence, joy, and mind-body connection. Kayla brings uplifting energy, feel-good vibes, and an empowering approach to every class she teaches. Her goal is to create a welcoming space where clients can move, grow stronger, and leave feeling their absolute best
Cassie Siegel
Cassie has been teaching Pilates and group fitness in the Boca area for several years and is excited to be part of Pilates at The Palms. She’s passionate about moving with intention, building strength, and creating workouts that feel just as fun as they are effective. Expect good energy, great music, and a class that leaves you feeling strong and empowered.
Don Bush
Don is a South Florida native and currently resides in Boca Raton. He is a retired Sales Executive and transitioned into the health and fitness space, where he has been teaching Pilates since May 2023. He holds two well respected Pilates certifications - Classical Pilates Education and Lolita’s Legacy Program - reflecting his commitment to proper technique, continuous learning, and high-quality instruction. Don is especially passionate about helping individuals achieve their personal health and wellness goals, bringing both encouragement and expertise to every session. Outside the studio, Don enjoys boating, spending quality time with his family, and unwinding with a fine bourbon. He is also an avid Miami Hurricanes football fan! Driven by a desire to make a positive impact, Don brings energy, experience, and authenticity to everything he does.
